Mr. Mohamamd Sozon is a young, energetic, creative and dynamic leader who is currently continuing his PhD (full funded) at UTAR- Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.

Mr. Sozon has completed M. A in ELT in 2018 from Jahangirnagar University. He also obtained MBA degree major in HRM-Human Resource Management in 2014 from IUB-Independent University of Bangladesh. Earlier, in 2010 he has completed BBA major in Finance & Banking and minor in Human Resource Management from IUBAT-International University of Business Agriculture & Technology. He received Academic Excellency Certificate & award for his outstanding result in BBA from Prof. Dr. Md. Alimullah Miyan Founder & former Vice Chancellor of International University of Business Agriculture and Technology. Mr. Sozon also received international recognized Tyser Award for his brilliant result in ABIA diploma exam.

In 2016, Mr. Sozon has attended the Operation Management and Leadership Development program in Nairobi, Kenya. In 2018, he was selected to join the 4th Asia Pacific Youth Exchange program jointly organized by Urban Youth Academy & UNDP Thailand held from July 08-20, 2018 at Bangkok, Thailand where 150 selected delegates attended from 21 countries.  Mr. Sozon & his team comprise members from India, China, Vietnam & Cambodia won the 1st prize from his Excellency Mr. Ml. Panadda Ditsakul, Deputy Minister – Ministry of Education, Thailand & Dr. Haninam kim, Founder of Urban Youth Academy for designing innovative projects called Trash4cash for social and community development.

He also joined 7th Asian Youth Forum (AYF7) patronized by Asian Development Bank (ADB) held in ADB headquarters, Manila, Philippines in August 12-20 that brough together 300 youth from civil society organizations, educational institutions, and representatives from government institutions and regional bodies in Asia and the Pacific. Here, he  also participated on how to play role of youth leadership in community development in line with UN Charter and SGD goals.
