Brief Profile of Mohammad Sozon
Mr. Mohamamd Sozon is a young, energetic, creative and dynamic person who has established Enlighten-World Foundation in 2018 in order to inspire the future leaders through arranging learning and skills development projects for building a better Bangladesh.
Currently, Mr. Sozon has enrolled in PhD program under the supervision of Prof. Pok, Wei Fong (Ph.D) Deputy Dean (R&D and Postgraduate Programmes), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia. He is a scholarship recipient to carry out his PhD research on Training and Development. He has also been chosen to work as a Graduate Research Assistant in Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia while pursuing his PhD.

Mr. Sozon has completed M. A in ELT in 2018 from Jahangirnagar University. He also obtained MBA degree major in HRM-Human Resource Management in 2014 from IUB-Independent University, Bangladesh. Earlier, in 2010 he has completed BBA major in Finance & Banking and minor in Human Resource Management from IUBAT-International University of Business Agriculture & Technology. He received Academic Excellency Certificate & award for his outstanding result in BBA from Prof. Dr. Md. Alimullah Miyan Founder & former Vice Chancellor of International University of Business Agriculture and Technology.
Mr. Sozon has successfully completed professional degrees like ABIA-Associate of Bangladesh Insurance Academy diploma, the highest degree offered by Bangladesh Insurance Academy in 2010. In this connection, he received internationally recognized Tyser award from Mr. Shafique Ahmed, Honorable Former Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs of the Government of Bangladesh for his brilliant result in BIA Diploma exam.

He has also completed at least 30 short professional certificate and training courses arranged by the reputed local and foreign institutes like: Bangladesh Insurance Academy, Bangladesh Institute of Management, Small & Cottage Industries Training Institute, Eastern University, Ahasan Ullah University, Society of Total Quality Management, Bangladesh Institute of Professional Development, Professional Advancement Bangladesh Limited, IUBAT, Prothom Alo job, Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd, Prime Insurance Company Ltd, Asian Development Bank, UNDP, Thailand, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia etc.
In 2016, Mr. Sozon has attended the Operation Management and Leadership Development program in Nairobi, Kenya. In 2016, he was selected & invited as a panel speaker of the 12th International Micro-Insurance Conference held from November 14 – 18, 2016 at Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Colombo, Srilanka to present the paper on “Structural Claim Settlement Process key to Earning the Trust of Policyholders”
In 2018, he was selected to join the 4th Asia Pacific Youth Exchange program jointly organized by Urban Youth Academy & UNDP Thailand held from July 08-20, 2018 at Bangkok, Thailand where 150 selected delegates attended from 21 countries. Mr. Sozon & his team comprise members from India, China, Vietnam & Cambodia won the 1st prize from his Excellency Mr. Ml. Panadda Ditsakul, Deputy Minister – Ministry of Education, Thailand & Dr. Haninam kim, Founder of Urban Youth Academy for designing innovative projects called Trash4cash for social and community development.
He also was selected from Bangladesh to attend the 7th Asian Youth Forum (AYF7) held on 12–14 August 2019 in ADB headquarters in Manila, Philippines guided by the theme “Establish, Equip, Engage: Youth for 2030 and Beyond” where he represented Bangladesh in front of 300 youth who attended from 40 different countries.
Mr. Sozon is a successful and effective professional corporate trainer & mentor. Sharing knowledge and Imparting training is my hobby which has become a profession. As a trainer, he has been involved in conducting training/workshops/seminars/designing training modules both for the clients of home and abroad.
As a Trainer, he has conducted training on the different subject like HR & Organizational Development Training, Business Communication, Customer Service & Relationship Building Training, Business Development & Market Expansion Training, Grooming and Etiquettes, Sales Capacity Development Training, Insurance Claim Settlement, Underwriting, Insurance Agency Operation, Insurance Sales and Team Operation Training, etc.

I have also spoken in various career and skills enhancement sessions arranged by the career club of leading private and the public university of Bangladesh.
Outside Bangladesh, I have conducted training session Philippines & India. Beside this, I spoke in the session organized by UNDP Thailand, and organized by ADB in Youth for Asia Program in Philippines.

Mr. Sozon is a great English Speaker & program presenter. He has successfully hosted academic, cultural & orientation program organized by the Department of English, Jahangirnagr University, Bangladesh HR Admin & Compliance Society, Hatimara High School and College, Presidency College etc.
Mr. Sozon has worked more than 5 years at MicroEnsure Bangladesh Limited former associate company of Telenor Group, (Grameenphone). He was awarded 1000 Company’s share for his excellent performance and contribution for the organization.
He has also worked 2 years as an Adjunct Faculty, MBA Program at International University of Business Agriculture and Technology. Earlier, he has working as a FAVP-First Assistant Vice President at Green Delta Insurance Company Limited the largest non-life insurance Company of Bangladesh.
